The Central Office is situated in Bergheim-Centre (Bergheim-Mitte), at 8 Südwest-Strasse, quite close to the city's pedestrianised area, and less than 5 minutes' walk from the railway station.
When arriving from the east (Köln/Cologne):
- Leave ringroad "Kölner Ring" at Köln-West junction and join motorway A 4 in the direction of Aachen: follow A 4 as far as Kerpen junction
- change to motorway A 61 in the direction of Venlo: follow
A 61 as far as the exit for Bergheim-Süd (Nr. 19) - leave motorway and take right turn into "Bergheimer Ring" road: follow the road up to second crossroads
- take second left into Kölner Strasse: follow Kölner Straße
- pass Bergheim railway station, immediately afterwards take left fork, which is Südwest-Straße
When arriving from the west (Aachen):
- Leave motorway A 4 in the direction of Cologne: follow A 4 as far as Kerpen junction
- change to motorway A 61 in the direction of Venlo: follow A 61 as far as the exit for Bergheim-Süd (Nr. 19)
- then please follow the informations as above!
When arriving from the south (Koblenz):
- Leave motorway A 61 (Caution: "Erfttal" junction!) in the direction of Venlo
- follow A 61 as far as the exit for Bergheim-Süd (Nr. 19)
- then please follow the informations as above!
When arriving from the north (Düsseldorf, Neuss):
- Leave motorway coming from Neuss at exit "Neuss-Reuschenberg" (Nr. 21) and join B 477 road in the direction of Rommerskirchen and Bergheim: follow B 477 as far as exit Bergheim-Mitte
- follow road as far as lights, take left turn to join Aachener Straße, continue on Knüchelsdamm, Commer-Straße, Schützenstraße, Bahnstraße in direction of railway station
- just before Bergheim railway station turn right into Südwest-Straße
